- Please allow 3 Business days to process and ship your purchase.
- Once product is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification.
- You should receive your package within Two weeks. If longer than Two weeks, you will receive a notification email from our support team.
- We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can assist you with filing claim or helping to locate your package.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- We will provide a return label at no cost to you. However, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return. Restock fee of $5.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact (If applicable) Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal and merchandise returned back to you.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Please note, returns do take us 1-2 business days to process upon reaching our facility.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
